Information we use

We may collect names, contact details, booking and group information, payment references, participation information, correspondence and any accessibility or dietary information you choose to provide.

Why we use it

We use information to answer enquiries, administer bookings and payments, operate the experience, communicate important information, meet legal obligations and, where separately agreed, send marketing.

Services involved

Information submitted through our form is processed using Google. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy terms. We may share necessary information with service providers helping us deliver the booking, but we do not sell personal information.

Retention and rights

We keep information only for as long as needed for the booking, legal, accounting and dispute purposes. You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your information, subject to legal requirements, by emailing us.

Marketing and photographs

Marketing messages are sent only where permitted, and recipients can unsubscribe. Event photography is handled through the booking or induction process, with a practical way to tell us if you do not want identifiable promotional photographs used.

Advertising cookies and Meta Pixel

On our homepage and booking page, we use Meta Pixel only if you accept advertising cookies. It helps us measure page visits and successful email sign-ups that unlock availability, and helps Meta measure and improve our advertising. The Pixel is not loaded before you accept.

With your consent, Meta receives technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, the page visited, cookie identifiers and event details. Meta may match this activity to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it in accordance with its privacy policy. Our implementation does not pass your name, email address, phone number, booking notes or payment details to the Pixel, and automatic form matching is not enabled by our code.

You can reject advertising cookies without losing access to dates or booking. This choice is separate from signing up for our emails. Use Cookie settings below or in the footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future Pixel measurement; it does not undo information already sent to Meta.

We remember your advertising-cookie choice in your browser for 180 days. If you accept, Meta may set first-party cookies such as _fbp and _fbc to help recognise visits and measure advertising. We also keep a browser-session flag to avoid counting the same availability sign-up repeatedly. Declining advertising cookies does not stop us saving the email or booking information that you choose to submit to us.

Website statistics: Google Analytics

With your permission for optional cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, traffic sources and successful email submissions that unlock dates. Google receives browser, device, page and cookie information. We do not send your email address, name, telephone number or booking details as Analytics event data. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled in our configuration.

Analytics is not loaded until you accept website statistics. Use Accept all to allow Google Analytics and Meta cookies, or Reject all to decline both. This choice is separate from email marketing. You can change or withdraw consent in Cookie settings. We remember each choice for 180 days; Google Analytics cookies may last up to two years. Some visits and sign-ups will not appear in reports because of consent choices or browser blocking. Completed Stripe payments are not currently measured by this integration.
